Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on all orders under 500gms. Additional weight-based charges may apply for heavier packages.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India through our logistics partners. Availability can be checked during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days based on your location.

Track your shipment via our Track Order page or through the Shiprocket tracking link shared via email/SMS.

Delivery Issues

Didn’t receive your order but it shows delivered? Contact our support team immediately from the Contact Us section.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or expired. Please share a photo/video while raising the return request.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days via the original payment method.
